Because it doesn't make sense to have our compensation based on the value of your property, we decided to create Flat-Fees, a capped fee real estate agency.
The value of your property should not impact the quality of our services. This is the whole philosophy of our structure.
We have also digitized via our website a part of the administrative tasks to make them more fluid and simple.
Moreover, our interests are linked because the fees are paid only at the signature of the official acts before a notary.

Our 3% package capped at 15.000€ ht include all the steps to sell at best, fastest, and at the right price, your property :

. professional photo shooting to highlight your property
. detailed and professional description
. broadcasting of offers on professional media as well as our own website
. organization and management of visits
. control of the information concerning the potential buyers
. drafting and signing of compromises with partner notaries

There are no other fees related to flat fees. Only diagnostic fees may be added. These will be paid directly to the service provider.
