Our package of 3% fees with a maximum of 15,000 € excl. Tax includes all the steps to sell your property as well as possible, as quickly as possible, and at the right price:

. professional photo shoot for the enhancement of your property
. detailed and professional description
. dissemination of offers on professional media as well as our own site
. organization and management of visits
. control of information concerning potential buyers
. drafting and signing of a compromise with partner notaries

No other costs associated with Flat-Fees.
Only mandatory diagnostic fees can be added. These will be paid directly to the service provider.
